In Support of the NYT Contributors' Letter

Hi subscribers,

Like many trans, gender-nonconforming and even cis people, I have become very tired of the NYTimes’ shitty shitty coverage when it comes to trans stuff. As a journalist who covers mental health, I am not surprised whatsoever by the error of their trans coverage. I am nonetheless often very infuriated and upset about this overall situation; the stakes are so high and this institution’s influence so vast.

I’m very grateful to the authors of this letter, which was published today. I appreciate having had the opportunity to sign in support.
